Planbook Plus supports AB, weekday and custom (n day) rotation schedules. In conjunction with Shared Holidays and Custom Planbook Holidays, Planbook Plus facilitates the planning process by skipping lesson plans on non-teaching days and synchronizes the Planbook Plus schedule with your school schedule.

We understand every school is different in the way scheduling is handled. Please reach out to our support team, if you are struggling with the set-up of your planbooks. We will pair you with a trainer that can help you get started!

Everyday Scheduling

If no scheduling is selected, all weekdays will be schedulable. Shared Holidays and Custom Planbook Holidays are considered non-teaching days and are automatically skipped.

Weekday Scheduling

If a Planbook has weekday scheduling, a second drop down will appear, allowing you to select the weekdays that can be scheduled for this Planbook. Shared Holidays and Custom Planbook Holidays are considered non-teaching days and are automatically skipped.

AB Scheduling

A Planbook with an “A” or “B” schedule, schedules days on every other weekday. “A” days would be every other day from the start of the Planbook on, while “B” days are every other day from the day after the Planbook start date.
Additionally, there is an option Skip Holidays which is set by default. To learn more about this option, please see the section "Scheduling Effects" in Shared Holidays.

Custom Scheduling

If Custom Scheduling is selected, two input boxes will appear. The first is to set the number of days in the rotation. The second input box sets the days within that rotation you wish to schedule.
Additionally, there is an option Skip Holidays which is set by default. To learn more about this option, please see the section "Scheduling Effects" in Shared Holidays.
